Refund Policy
We want customers and students to have a good experience with Swamp Fox Fungi. Because some of our offerings may include perishable, living, digital, or scheduled educational products, refund eligibility depends on the item or service purchased.
Please read this policy before purchasing.
General Refund Statement
Refunds are reviewed based on the product or service purchased, the condition of the item, the timing of the request, and the nature of the issue.

Physical Products
Unused, unopened, non-perishable physical products may be eligible for return within [7 / 14 / 30] days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Living or Perishable Products
Due to the living and perishable nature of some products, mushroom spawn, cultures, fresh mushrooms, opened grow kits, and other living or perishable items may not be eligible for return or refund once delivered.
Exceptions may be made for damaged items, incorrect items, or verified issues caused before delivery.
If there is a problem with a living or perishable product, contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the item.
Clear photos of the packaging.
A brief description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund.
Classes and Workshops
Class and workshop tickets may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for credit toward a future class or workshop, depending on availability.
If Swamp Fox Fungi cancels or reschedules a class, customers will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to a rescheduled date when possible.
Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable guides, templates, online resources, and digital files are generally non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
If you have trouble accessing a digital product, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Consulting and Private Sessions
Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
If Swamp Fox Fungi needs to reschedule a consulting session, we will work with you to find a new time or provide a refund if appropriate.
Sale Items and Special Offers
Sale items, discounted items, limited-time offers, event tickets, and custom orders may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
