A proven, swamp/ heat-tolerant mushroom, Lentinus tigrinus often found fruiting in 90+ degrees on submerged logs in rivers/ponds. It loves moisture!
Interestingly this species is caught between some possible morphological evolution with some having either an agaricoid or secotioid forms dependng where you find them and when and some other factors. I have only gotten agaricoid forms in cultivation
This strain colonizes fast, creates dense mycelium and fruit readily even after flushes and broken into the soil!. While not as proven and steady as an oyster or shiitake, this is a fun culture with potentials!
